Which Personal Data We Collect varies depending on our relationship with you as either a customer or supplier and both are as important to us. Personal Data is information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you (“Personal Data”). Such Personal Data may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, birth date (primarily for legal licencing eligibility purposes). Talent/Suppliers Personal Data required may include Body size measurements, portfolio pictures and personal information relating to health, disabilities required to promote the Talent for the required assignments and abide with health & safety issue. Suppliers invoices + banking information is also required to be held by us for HMRC for accounting purposes only. We collect Personal Data from you when you use our Website and when you register with the agency as a model/Talent/potential customer or subscribe to our Internet Products, as further described in this Privacy Policy. In all of these cases, we will only process Personal Data that you provide directly to us or which we automatically collect from you as specified in this Privacy Policy. Unless defined in this Privacy Policy or unless you give us permission to do so, we will not use or share your Personal Data other than as specified in this Privacy Policy
